rimon partners llc is a full service real estate development consultancy led by Principal, Jenny Weinstein, MSW, MURP. After a decade as an in-house developer for non-profits and governmental agencies, Jenny decided to utilize her experience to help organizations achieve top-notch results for their real estate endeavors, from concept to completion.

Jenny began her career in affordable housing and community development 15 years ago, after she completed dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Urban Planning & Regional Planning.

After several years working at non-profits and social service agencies, she began her career as a real estate developer at Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington about 10 years ago.

In a relatively short span, she gained experience managing several permanent supportive housing projects for CHS, including Francis Place (Bellingham), Sebastian Place (Lynnwood), Devoe II Veteran’s Housing (Olympia), and Villa Santa Fe (Bellingham) housing for farmworker families.

From there Jenny worked at DESC in downtown Seattle, and then went on to become Director of Housing Development at Opportunity Council, where she worked on the Foothills Food Bank at the EWRRC and 22 North (Bellingham).

Most recently Jenny was the Director of Asset Development at the Bellingham and Whatcom County Housing Authorities where she oversaw capital needs and assisted with the Samish Commons development, a mixed-use affordable housing project for seniors and families, with an early learning facility and administrative offices for the Housing Authority co-located on site.

She has worked on every aspect of development, from pre-development financing and acquisitions, to design, financing, and compliance, through final completion and occupancy.

Jenny has extensive experience managing all aspects of publicly-funded affordable housing and community facility projects throughout Western Washington.
